STEP ONE — SHARE YOUR VISION

It all starts with getting to know your school, organization, and graduates! We'll discuss stole styles, sizes, colors, design ideas, quantities, and budget. Have a logo, artwork, inspiration photos, or an existing stole you'd like us to reference? Send them our way!

We'll also walk you through minimum order quantities, which vary depending on the design and decoration method. Whether you're ordering a handful of stoles or hundreds, we'll help you explore the best options.

STEP TWO — WE CREATE YOUR DESIGN

Now the fun begins! Our design team takes your ideas and brings them to life. We'll work with your colors, logos, and inspiration, recreating artwork when needed to create a custom stole that's uniquely yours.

Depending on the complexity of your design, this process typically takes 1–3 business days.

STEP THREE — REVIEW & APPROVE

We'll email you a digital mockup of your custom stole so you can see exactly how your design will look before production begins.

And there's no pressure to get it perfect on the first try! We'll work with you on revisions and adjustments until you're happy with the final design. Nothing moves forward without your approval.

STEP FOUR — ORDERING MADE EASY

Once your design is approved, we'll help you choose the ordering method that works best for your school or organization.

Prefer to purchase everything at once? We offer bulk ordering. Want students and families to place their own orders? We can create a dedicated ordering page featuring your school's custom stole.

Orders can be delivered directly to your school or shipped to individual addresses for an additional fee. We aim to have your stoles delivered 2–4 weeks before your event, or earlier if requested and production timelines allow.

STEP FIVE — WE MAKE YOUR STOLES

With your design approved and orders collected, it's time to bring your stoles to life!

Each stole is custom-made using the decoration methods selected for your design, whether that's full-color printing, detailed embroidery, sewn-on lettering, or a combination of techniques.

From fabric and stitching to the finishing details, we take pride in creating beautiful graduation stoles worthy of the occasion you're celebrating.
